How houx works

Our Approach

Houx do things differently.

The standard recruitment agency percentage fee per role doesn’t work if you need to hire 5 or more staff in a month. It doesn’t make financial sense.

We work on a flat, monthly fee; taking care of the recruitment process for all your roles in that month from start to finish.

Hospitality is all about the people. We need to know what makes you tick and what being part of your team is really like.

We’ll work with you so that we can find you the best possible candidates and showcase what you’re offering to them as their employer.

Mix this knowledge and understanding together and that’s when the Houx magic starts to work.

We take care of the screening, the interviews, right through to the job offers.

Meaning you can get on with what you need to do.

We aim to give our candidates the best experience possible too – supporting them through the interview process and providing feedback whether they’re successful, or not, in their application.

Mix this all together and that’s when the Houx magic starts to work.

flat monthly fees

Fees

We charge a monthly fee. Not a fee per role.

You can book:

  • A single calendar month
  • 3 concurrent calendar months
  • 3 calendar months to be used within a 6 month period

Our availability is limited, especially during peak hospitality recruitment times.

We don’t send the same candidates to ten different clients, as we don’t work with ten clients at any one time.

We don’t select what’s left; we select what’s best based on what we’ve learnt from working with you.

Getting it done

The Service

We advise on what job boards/apps to use, provide up-to-date salary benchmarking, and assist with posting adverts.

We’ll then look after:

  • Advertising for roles (applicable job board/s)
  • LinkedIn advertising
  • Responses to every applicant
  • Full screening – including right to work eligibility
  • Shortlisting of suitable candidates
  • Organising all interviews and stages
  • Feedback to unsuccessful candidates
